Bunun sekt\u00f6rde bize sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli avantajlar da var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sait Zorlu \u0130n\u015faat\u2019tan biraz bahseder misiniz?<\/strong><br \/>\n22 y\u0131ld\u0131r Bursa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli noktalar\u0131nda i\u015fler yap\u0131yoruz. G\u00fcvene ve do\u011fru i\u015f yapmaya \u00f6nem veriyoruz. 20 y\u0131la yak\u0131n bu i\u015fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in Bursa\u2019da belli noktalarda g\u00fczel yerlerde i\u015f hanlar\u0131 ve konutlar yapt\u0131k. \u015eimdilerde ise Kestel\u2019de ve Millet Mahallesi\u2019nde devam eden projelerimiz var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hakk\u0131nda neler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz?<\/strong><br \/>\nKentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm herkes i\u00e7in zaruri bir durum halini ald\u0131. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olmas\u0131 gereken bir \u015fey, sekt\u00f6re de ivme kataca\u011f\u0131 su g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez b ir ger\u00e7ektir. Nas\u0131lsa kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olacak \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde.
